How much does process automation in Make.com cost?
Pricing depends on workflow complexity. Simple automations (connecting 2-3 services) start at €200, complex multi-step scenarios with custom logic range €600-2000. You always get a concrete estimate before we start.
How long does AI implementation take?
Simple AI tools (ChatGPT prompts, templates) take a few hours. A complete AI strategy with team training usually takes 2-4 weeks.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. I work with most common tools – CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), invoicing, email marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit), project management (Notion, Asana, ClickUp) and dozens more. If a tool lacks API or Make.com integration, we find another solution.
Do you offer training for non-technical staff?
Non-technical staff are exactly who my training is designed for. I explain complex things simply, without unnecessary jargon. The goal is for participants to use the tools independently after training.
What if I don't know what to automate?
That's completely normal. In the initial consultation, we map your processes together and identify what has the biggest potential. I find bottlenecks eating your time and suggest where to start.
How does the first consultation work?
The initial consultation is free and no-obligation – 30-45 minutes online call. We discuss your needs, current processes, and options. At the end, you know if and how I can help, with a ballpark price.
